After a successful raise and completion of the legal setup, investors receive company tokens according to the terms disclosed for that round. Those terms need to include a vesting schedule rather than an immediate release of the full allocation.
Tokens are subject to an initial 12-month transfer restriction.
If the company conducts another raise, that new round receives its own vesting schedule; it does not change the schedule applying to investors in an earlier round.
