Each company sets its own terms for the raise, giving you the information you need to decide whether the opportunity is right for you.
Funding goal — the amount the company is aiming to raise.
Valuation — what the company is worth at the time of the raise.
Share of the company offered — determined by the funding goal and the valuation together. Note that a raise tokenizes only a portion of the company, not the whole of it.
Deadline — when the round closes.
Monthly allowance — the amount the founder is entitled to receive each month from the funds raised.
