Creating an Account
Sign up with your email and Spring sets up a secure wallet for you, or connect a wallet you already use. One account covers everything you do on Spring, whether you're investing or raising.
If you're investing as a business and want to use a multisig wallet, see Using a multisig wallet below — the address has to be verified and linked before you can invest.
Using a multisig wallet
If you're investing as a company or fund you may be able to use a SquadsX wallet.
Once you've committed, your multisig required signers approve and execute the transaction. Funds move into escrow only after that step completes.
NB: Please be advised that all further actions like token distribution, refunds and later proceeds will be done to the same account used for the initial investment commitment.
