This check is handled directly by our team rather than through an automated verification partner: founders don't go through the same automated verification flow that investors use. Instead, if we're helping with incorporation, or when equity transfers from your operating company to the SPC cell holding your raise, we'll contact you directly for the relevant details and documentation.
