Investing in early-stage companies carries real risk. Most early-stage companies don't succeed, and there's no guarantee a raise you back will ever return your investment. Your tokens are locked for 12 months. After the lock-up, tokens can be transferred only to other verified, eligible holders. They are not listed on any exchange, so liquidity may not be available. Invest only what you can afford to lose, and do your own research on any company before committing funds.
