Spring is a fundraising platform built by Streamflow. It connects companies raising capital with a global network of investors — VCs, angels, and individuals and pairs an on-chain investment process with a legal structure behind every raise.
Every company listed on Spring is reviewed before it goes live, giving investors access to a curated set of opportunities across global industries and markets.
Investors commit funds and receive equity-backed tokens representing their stake in the company.
Each raise is backed by a dedicated legal structure holding an interest in the company, with investors' claims against it documented up front — a legally enforceable claim rather than a speculative asset. Your company tokens are connected to that interest through a deed poll — the document that defines your contractual rights if a qualifying event occurs.
