Individual and business investors from the US, UK, and EU must complete the required verification and demonstrate the applicable accredited or professional-investor status. Investors from other supported jurisdictions must complete KYC or KYB, but may not need accreditation.

The number of US investors permitted to be token-holders of given project is 99.

Crimea, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and certain regions in Ukraine (Donetsk, Luhansk) — not exhaustive

Restricted (DeFi prohibited/heavily regulated)

Venezuela, Iraq, Yemen, Zimbabwe, Lebanon, Libya, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Belarus, Burma (Myanmar), Central African Republic, Congo, Côte d'Ivoire, Liberia, Mali, Nicaragua, Russia, the United Kingdom, and the United States — not exhaustive
