Why invest with Spring?

Getting in early is how the biggest returns in venture happen, and until now, that access has mostly belonged to institutions.

Spring opens it up, giving investors access to promising companies from around the world, across different industries and markets. Every company is reviewed before it lists, so investors can discover opportunities they might otherwise miss before those companies land on their radar.

The structure is designed to match: your investment is documented against a legal claim, and you have a vote on requests that affect your committed funds — approving or denying a founder's request to increase their allowance or take a one-time release, and proposing to reclaim any remaining escrowed funds.
