Once you submit, our team reviews the listing.
We're looking at whether the application is complete and clear enough for investors to assess it properly: that the company, its market, and its traction are explained; that the team is credible; and that the raise terms hold together — your goal, valuation, what you're offering investors, and how you'll use the funds.
We may come back with questions, or ask you to clarify parts of the application, before we make a decision.
You can track your listing's status from your account. Reviews typically take about a week, though it can take longer depending on how many applications we're processing at the time. If it's approved, we'll work with you to finalize the raise terms and prepare the listing for launch. If it's not approved, you'll get feedback on why, and you're welcome to update your application and resubmit, or apply with a different company.
